Backbase IAM Role interview questions

First a chat with the internal recruiter who contacted me about a role. Nice guy, chatted about what its like in BackBase, how they work etc. Sounded like a nice friendly place to be. Talked to SME's of the team, nice guys too, but the job was not really what I wanted, however, looked like a good role, and good people.
