I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was overall a great experience for me. Since the day of my application the process went pretty fast. I had a first interview with a tech recruiter and afterwards with two potential team members. The third interview was based on an assignment which I discussed with others team members, while the last interview before the offer was a culture fit with the a director.
