Throughout the process, the recruiter and interviewers were friendly, professional, and having a grasp over their respective fields.

Coding Challenge (overview):
- Write an app that filters through a large list of items, has to have good UX.
Technical Interview (key points):
- MVVM.
- Static vs Dynamic Libraries.
- Grand Central Dispatch (weak vs strong vs unowned).
- Overview going through the Coding Challenge, explain your choices, give a walkthrough of your code, show what you can do to improve or adapt to a changing requirement.
Behavioral Interview (key points):
- Assessment of your soft skills.
- What would you do in a team environment?
- Understanding your values and competencies.
- What's your workflow like? How would you go about when a project is handed to you?
I had a call with HR, a technical assignment, and a technical interview according to the assignment. It was a very normal process and smooth, but the assignment took time.

It was the best interview process ever, the only thing that for me was unusual — it had about 7 steps. On the other side the company tries to get best of the best and this is the right way to do this.
The attention of HRs is really superb and you feel super comfortable.
