Interview
The interview process was well organised and it was in total five rounds as mentioned below:
1. Intro with recruiter
2. Questionaaire submission - few questions on scrum master related
3. Technical round
4. Interview with PO
5. Presentation based on the interview
Everyone during the interview process are friendly and made me comfortable to interact with them. The feedback for each round are very quick and the expectations are very clear. Overall it was a great experience.

What are the challenges you faced in your previous job
Recruiter ,Hiring manager, Case Study, panel review of case study. The usual questions. Think about how you support a team that is struggling to see the value of the work they do and have not been able to deliver.
Great. Interviews were scheduled as per the discussion. The panel and HR team are the best.
Onboarding is virtual and is seamless. Great experience. I am going to join Backbase soon and I highly recomment friends and colleagues to choose Backbase to experiene exponential growth in the career.
The interview process consisted of several steps/interviews but it went pretty smoothly. There was a mix of standard interviews and case studies/presentations. It was demanding but I enjoyed it, as I could present my skills and experience from different perspectives.
