Interview
My first interview was with a member of the recruitment team. This was a pleasant interview in which I heard more details about the company and the position. I shared my motivation to work for Backbase and answered questions about my previous experiences and my work ethic. My second interview was with two potential team members. This was more of a technical interview in which I answered a series a questions related to the IT systems that are used at Backbase. My general trouble shooting skills were also tested in the interview. It was a relaxed interview and the tone was friendly. It was a good opportunity to get a taste of the Backbase culture. My 3rd and last interview was with the IT manager. This interview was to get to know me on a more personal level to see if I could fit in the team and additionally to check my technical knowledge. After this interview I received a phone call from the recruitment team that they will give me an offer.

The interview process went fast and frindly.
The interviewers were always happy to get to meet with me.
The recruiter explained everything about the organization.
And the organization has an overall great place to work.

Interview
Went through a total of 3 rounds, including initial HR interview, next with the CTO and lastly with the Team Lead and Senior.
There were light technical questions and it was a joyful experience getting to know the team as this plays a huge factor in determining whether each party is suited to work together.
Communications between the HR and the Team were fluid
