Interview
The overall experience going through the interview process was very pleasant. The interviewers were friendly and open-minded. The process itself wasn’t super formal, which helped me to deal with stress during the interview and made me feel safe and confident. I had 5 interview stages: Recruiter screening, Questionnaire, Technical interview, Case study, and Cultural fit.

Behavioral, cultural fit, technical scrum questions, case study about resolving problems on scrum teams
Recruiter ,Hiring manager, Case Study, panel review of case study. The usual questions. Think about how you support a team that is struggling to see the value of the work they do and have not been able to deliver.
Great. Interviews were scheduled as per the discussion. The panel and HR team are the best.
Onboarding is virtual and is seamless. Great experience. I am going to join Backbase soon and I highly recomment friends and colleagues to choose Backbase to experiene exponential growth in the career.
The interview process consisted of several steps/interviews but it went pretty smoothly. There was a mix of standard interviews and case studies/presentations. It was demanding but I enjoyed it, as I could present my skills and experience from different perspectives.
