Backbase Junior Release Engineer interview questions

I found the recruitment process to be well-organized and efficient overall. My initial HR interview was a positive experience; the recruiter was very accommodating, ensuring the discussion fit within my available hours. This made the interview comfortable and stress-free. Following this, I received an easy test that was easily passed. However, during the technical interview, I encountered some difficulties. The technical lead began with questions that were senior-level and in the middle of interview he asked me “Are you applying senior position?”. That was a bit awkward and shocking for me. The team lead was poorly prepared and behaved arrogantly during the interview. The next day, I received negative feedback from HR.
