I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase in Apr 2022
Interview
The process is very thorough and is covered by 3 stages. The first 2 are standard interview formats, one technical and one non-technical, then the 3rd is a case presentation of a solution delivered recently. I think it's good to have such a process as it ensures both sides are happy that the role is suitable.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Backbase (Londen, Engeland) in Feb 2021
Interview
There were 4 meetings - first with the recruiter to discuss the role and general suitability. Then a technical interview. Next came an interview with the potential boss ; this was to assess cultural fit I gather, and then finally I was asked to give a 30 min presentation to several employees.
I've selected 'difficult' for the difficulty but I thought it was a fair process, not overbearing but enough.
