Very nice process. I applied through a recruiter. I waited only 2 hours after the interview for feedback. There were some phases. The first was with the HR people. After this, I received an assessment to work on some automated tests of the Web application. The last technical evaluation was a talk with QA about the code that I created. In the end, I had an interview with the Engineering Manager. This interview had a focus on my soft skills.
