Backbase Senior QA Engineer interview questions

No questions about my engineering/professional skills were asked, only questions regarding personal career decisions I made in the past. After 30 minutes interviewer told me he decided not to move forward due to career choices I made in the past like moving back to my hometown after having a lead position in a different city to questioning the loyalty I had to one of my previous employers after working for them over 3 years but quitting to work on a different company. Very bizarre and shallow interview.
