Interview
After initial meeting with recruiter, I took a technical online test in Java.
This followed by two technical and one culture fit interview. The interviewers helped create a relaxed setting so that they can get the best and thoughtful answers from me during the interview.
For the final round, I had to prepare and deliver a presentation on a technical solution I had architected and built in my recent past. Three employees of Backbase were part of this interview. It was a fun session with a honest feedback from them at the end.
