A bit long but overall pleasant. Thought separating the tech assessment interview and culture interview was good as it allowed me to get to know the people I would be working with

The process begins with the company Accion Labs, with a habitual pattern in the interviews, in fact very fast thanks to the tools to schedule interviews and technical exams of Backbase. Also, the time changes in different countries did not affect the process because it automatically made the time changes for my country. It seems to me that after the selection in the hiring process it was extended a little because in my country they changed rules for OutSourcing in which it ceases to exist.
