Was really different in compare other process, but for me it was more effective because they are really interest to select the best for the job, its more important the experience over the theory

Had several rounds with hiring managers. Overall, it feels like casual chats than formal interviews. The final stage was the most significant and you have to give a case pres. Had to catch up with the architectural concepts with some deep dives on the Backbase platform.
