Backbase Solutions Architect interview questions

Very engaging and nice interview process. I highly appreciate Backbase for such a nice interview process. First there was call with recruiter to understand the profile and expectation Second round was technical discussion with Solution Architect to know depth and breadth of knowledge third round was with VP, its mix of technical, leadership and cultural fitment Last and most interesting round is to present case study to diverse group of people.

The Interview Process was so impressive, the different steps involved to review different aspects of my professional experience, The final stage was the most significant and you have to give a case presentation. Overall, it feels like casual chats than formal interviews. It was different in comparing other processes, it's more important the experience over the theory. Great Recruitment team, they give you the needed support and help professionally.
