Normal interview process with cover letter and CV, had the usual sort of questions and was completely in line with everything you might expect - key to have financial services experience and policy background to go in house with Barclays. Although I have noticed this department seems to be hiring a lot over the last 3 years so lots of people coming and going !

Interview
The screening process is highly inefficient and with loaded with false information. The actual "Online assessment" says practice test and they asked me to do it twice. Even though I passed the online test they rejected me saying I don't have modelling experience, even though I had shared it modelling example in Python + SQL + Power BI... Poor screening methods!
