Led with a discussion of who I was, then some background of the department and then followed up with technical questions to do with software development especially Java, python and other related languages

It was a very fast process. I saw the opening on LinkedIn and applied via myworkdays. Roughly 2 weeks later, I was sent an online assessment. After my online assessment, I got an interview scheduled. After the interview, I received offer.
