BaxterStorey Graduate Scheme interview questions

The telephone interview was booked via email. It lasted about 20 minutes and was very friendly. The interviewer focused mostly on competency based questions and the knowledge of the company. The questions about specific courses at university caught me off-guard. Stay focused and to the point, sell yourself but don't stress, don't sound like the answers have been pre-prepared. I received feedback after about a week.
