BaxterStorey interview questions

A recruiter approached me at my work and told me about a lovely job , and put me in contact with the manager. The interview was informal, although they did delay my start date because they forgot that they would be on holiday

1:1 interview. Interview was at 9am, I sat opposite a manager who had 5 pages of questions to ask me. After I had answered all the questions he read back through them covering so I couldn't see what he had written and then at the end he offered me the job and asked if I could attend a health and safety exam the next week before I start.
