Interviewer is friendly but the questions are difficult.....The OT was easy to pass, video interview was a bit difficult, better find someone do it you as some competency questions are quite hard to think of an example. Followed by the Telephone interview, unexptected questions will appear......
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

Interview
The process began with resume screening and an online assessment, followed by a recorded video interview and a phone interview. The first and second rounds focused heavily on diving deep into my motivation and assessing job fit. The final interview was centered on gauging my commitment and whether I would accept the offer if extended.

Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
