Interview
Phone interview, just basic screening. Followed by an on-campus interview. Basic questions about experience and extra curricula's. Additional questions about sales experience and current fed policy.
The final round was a mirror of the second round but with the managing directors of the Sales and Analytics team and in the New York headquarters. Interviewers seem disinterested and ask basic sales questions.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
