Interview
Quite lengthy process covering: online tests (numerical/verbal), pre-recorded video interview questions, telephone interview , and Assessment Centre. AC was in two parts: morning session (Bloomberg Terminal introduction and talking to customers on chat system; group discussion; behavioural and sales interviews) and, if shortlisted, an afternoon session (further interviews with two managers). Upon completing AC, was required one final [Skype] interview with Director of Analytics.
Prior to AC, was also required to complete 40-hour Bloomberg Market Concepts course covering all asset classes.
