I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
Recruiter call, followed by Tech screen, then an on-site/HM interview. The interviewer asked me to say a little bit about myself and interrupted me to say "let me stop you right here" 2 seconds into me speaking, which was very bizarre , and proceeded to interrupt me after every question he asked which made it very hard to effectively answer anything
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone screening interview
5 virtual onsite interviews, two coding interviews, one system design, one with the manager, and one HR. The overall experience was fine, but the company has a unique interview style. The 5 interview is usually divided into two days, if you don't pass the first day, you could get a cancellation email for the next day not to waste your time.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Feb 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and I applied through their careers page. I had one screening interview. It was a mid level DFS question. After that, they asked me to take 2 more technical interviews, one ds & algo and one api design type of question. Then, an interview with TLs where they ask a simple System Design question and a manager interview. The recruiter is in contact with you at all times and it was easy for me to ask my questions.
