Bloomberg Software Developer interview questions

Actually, I interviewed for `Women in Tech` program, but there is no such job titie. It was a call interview, I was asked a few questions about my experience and projects. Then we talked about my motivation. I think all my answers were fine and suitable, there wasn't anything technical, but they rejected me. I also asked her questions about the program afterwards and she willingly answered.
