It was a long process without any plan. After 3 rounds of interviews, they simply held the vacancy without any feedback, saying you're fine and we'll let you know as soon as the process gets underway. After following up, they did not respond. Are you talking about culture? It is hard to believe while they are not committed to respecting people.
By far, it was the worst experience I've ever had!
