Interview
I got call from china and they said will do phone screening interview tomorrow and if I pass that, then I will go for face to face interview on the next day.
Phone screening is just as normal interview and they asked few questions about my working experience and ROL. And after this 20-25 min conversation, she said I'm chosen for next round of interview from their office in MBFC.
The next day afternoon, I went to MBFC for interview, they did short presentation about themselves and did english test and korean test which I have applied for. Basically it was similar with the test that I have done when I submit my resume.
Then only who passed this language test was asked to go for role-play in the language that applied for. It was pretty much similar with your job game that what you had during submission of resume.
After that I had interview with recruiter and 2 Managers about my experience, the reason they have to hire me, why I want to join their team and so on.
Overall, all of them were nice and helpful.
2 Days later, I got offer from them.

Interview
Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

Question 1
What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.
