The interview includes three parts.
1.Language test of the country you are going to work and language test of the language you are applying for.
2.Phone Test, Rule playing. You are pretending to work at booking and help out a guest who is calling you on the other line with a problem to solve.
3. Face to face interview

Question 1
The test last 10 minutes per language and it is not very difficult if you have an average knowledge of the language you are applying for.
The phone call is made to understand how we act with a person in difficult, how we approach to a possible complaining guest and then how we try to help him out.
The interview is all about how much you like to work in the customer service, your experiences, an example of a difficult situation that you manage to sort out Why you want to work for the company how much you know the company. They pretty much consider how motivate you are and appreciate if you can have a natural passion for the problem solving and the customer service rule

Interview
Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

Question 1
What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.
