Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, followed by several rounds with the supporting team - sales, services and technical/product. Had to do a 30/60/90 plan for the hiring manager. In addition, reference check was required as the final stage prior to an offer letter.

1) Deep dive into the experience with building a program from scratch. 2) Key drivers in building a successful program. 3) Understanding of how service providers operate and building a program to drive adoption and generate revenue. 4) Details to operationalize a program.
Waste of time they don't respect the interview process candidate they keep on postpone your offer finally they will say you are not fit for this role. If you have any alternate interviews please don't neglect them. keep this company as second priority.

Interview
It was very smooth, not too many rounds. One technical round which had great questions and one with the hiring manager and then the HR. In the first round, it was mostly around the support experience that I already had and also to understand what mission critical situations I was on and how I helped to resolve that
