CData interview questions

The CData interview process included a video call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager who is a great person to learn from, a call with an SDR and AE to assess culture fit, a call with another senior manager, and a call with the Director of Sales.

The selection process will consist of multiple rounds. The first stage is an MCQ round with a total of 60 questions, including 20 SQL-based questions and 40 Java questions focused on object-oriented programming concepts. After clearing this, candidates will face a coding round consisting of 4 problems based on key topics: partition-based dynamic programming, dynamic programming on grids, two-pointer techniques, and greedy algorithms. Those who qualify will move to the technical interview round, where in-depth knowledge of programming, problem-solving, and project experience will be tested. The final stage is the HR interview, focusing on personality, communication, and cultural fit.
