Interview
Sent in my CV and Cover Letter via Email.
Had a ~20-minute phone interview with one of the members of the team (Gave me a brief overview of the company, the technologies they use, and some typical questions like "Why do you want to work for us").
Within a day, I got invited for an on-site interview. Was given plenty of time to prepare.
The onsite interview was roughly 3-3.5 hours. (Consisted of a tour of the building, more detail about the organisation, a 15-minute long presentation given by myself on a pre-agreed topic, and relatively straight forward conversation about the technical aspect of the job.
My interview did not consist of whiteboard questions.
There was only 3-4 techniocal questions, with no in-depth answers required.
