I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cadence Design Systems (Cary, NC) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. I started with a series of phone interviews with different departments the individual hired would be working with. When I passed these interview "gates," I was flown to the site the hiring manager sat at and interviewed in person with various individuals on the team all day. It was as productive and informative for me as it was for the individuals interviewing.
