1)Online assessment test :- The online-based assessment test is the first step in the recruitment process. The candidates who clear this round are called for the technical interview rounds. 2)Technical interview round:- The candidates who clear the online test are called for the face-to-face technical interview round. 3)HR interview round:- Students who have cleared the Technical interview will be called for the HR round. HR interviews are conducted to assess a candidate's personality in order to determine whether or not they are qualified for the position and how well a candidate will fit into the company's work culture.
