1st round with technical process based on my experience and skillset with hardly 30-45mnts. And it went well; overall interviewer observes the confidence level and the technical skills of ours and they usually expect to work as a individual contributor and able to manage the team for my role. And the 2nd technical round involves few of the management handling related questions along with technical.

Interview
I attended L1 interview which went well. Interviewer asked questions clearly and waiting for my response . The questions were tough and few were easy. Scenario based questions were asked which I was able to crack it.Overall had a good and informative interview.
It was good and lot of scenario questions. Question comes from sap side and sap team is very minimal so far . They are unable to retain their own employee, not much hike
