I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
Recently, I had the pleasure of going through an engaging screening process for a position with the company. It all kicked off with a screening test, which led smoothly into a behavioral round where we got to dive into some interesting discussions.
Once I made it through those stages, it was onto the technical round, where we chatted about the basics of Java, Object-Oriented Programming, SQL, and other related topics. It was a great chance to showcase my skills!
Then came the HR round, where we had a more laid-back chat about my background and experiences. They even asked the classic "tell us about yourself" question, which always makes for an interesting conversation.
And finally, the cherry on top – I received an offer letter via email! It was such a fantastic feeling to know that all the hard work paid off.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini (Haiderabad)
Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
