Interview
Capgemini typicallly follow a 2 tier - 3 tier interview process based on the grade you are eligible for. L1 is usually on call. L2 is mandatory F2F. If candidate is away & out of India, skype call will do. HR Round on call or skype. You will be informed immidiately if you are shortlisted. Final negotiations with HR only. Dont disclose your salaries in your L2 as interviewers ahave a bad practice to ask this in L2.
