4 rounds and if you know your subject you will be proceed to next level. The team is well versed with the topics and very intelligent. They will first have screening round then technical round and senior management technical round and then HR round

Interview
Interview process lasted for couple of months and 5 rounds of interview. They passed time as each round was scheduled in 1 month and then 2nd month and so on. HR ghosted completely once the last round was over and did not inform of any decision. Looks like they just wanted to show on paper that a candidate was interviewed and then wanted to select someone else from backdoor. Waste of time, energy and effort. Not expected from a company like Capgemini Canada - This shows your HR values.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The HR team was humble and maintained clear, timely follow-ups throughout. I’m very satisfied with the overall recruitment experience.
