Capgemini Manager interview questions

It was nice experience. The process was transparent. HR and the interview panel was very polite and after selection I was guided with the process to complete on boarding process.

The first round of interview happened as scheduled. Within a few days, I was informed that I have cleared the L1 interview and I should wait until L2 is scheduled. After 1 or 1 and 1/2 weeks when I followed up, I came to know that the position went on hold and someone will contact me when a new position is available for my skills. After 2-3 weeks, upon follow up I came to know about the second position. The interviews happened as scheduled.
