Capgemini Manager interview questions

Ghosted. . .twice. I was contacted about a role I never applied to and met with the recruiter. The recruiter told me she would contact me about next steps, even if i wasn't selected to move to the next round, but never heard back. She completely ghosted me. The second time I was contacted about a role, the recruiter was very enthusiastic about moving me to the next round. I was told she would reach out either way by the end of that week, but again never heard back. Not even a "no thanks" email. I followed up but was ghosted again. Incredibly unprofessional to not communicate at all, especially when I was told I'd hear back either way. Total waste of time. Both roles are still open. I expected more from Capgemini. Disappointing experience.
