Capgemini Team Leader interview questions

I have given one technical round & one managerial round and finally met the HR for salary negotiation. All rounds are take by capgemini employees. They conduct some more client rounds after joining. Ideally since CG is purely service based company, why they should conduct client interview as part of initial rounds before joining. *If candidate's feedback is -ve in client round, then HR force you to put paper imediately.
