Capgemini Team Leader interview questions

one round of telephonic discussion and one round of face to face technical round and then HR round. face to face technical round was very tough. HR will ask questions like why capgemini?.. why you re leaving the current job?

All process took place on phone only, for verification round had to go to company office personally, Interview process involves 2 capgemini Level1 and Level 2 interview followed by client interview. before client interview they discuss salary and without your approval they don't proceed for client interview
