Interview
The interview process starts with an over the phone interview, then and in-person/on-site visit and interview. You will received a tour of the building and meet some of the people you'll work with when you come on-site.

Interview
The recruitment process was very poor. Initially, I was contacted by a global recruiter. However, when the time came for my first interview, I was suddenly assigned to a different person who knew nothing about the position or the team.
About two days later, I received an invitation for an interview with the potential manager. The conversation was conducted in a chaotic manner, with no clear structure or plan. It was supposed to be an introductory discussion, but it felt disorganized and unprofessional.
I never received any feedback or any kind of response—neither a rejection nor a follow-up. This lack of communication is, in my opinion, highly disrespectful.
Later, I noticed that the job posting kept reappearing on LinkedIn approximately every two months, which says a lot about their hiring practices.
Overall, I do not recommend this recruitment process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviews were standard, with typical questions such as “Can you describe your employment history?” and “What do you know about our company?”—nothing insightful or engaging.

Interview
First phase was a quick Hirevue interview. Only some confirming questions about info on my resume then one recorded question asked. Gave you 30 seconds to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer.
