Initiate interview with hiring manager going well. In the following Interview with the cross-functional team, they were not paying attention and kept asking the same or similar questions that were asked earlier. My questions asked during Q&A were not answered. The info given in 3 interviews is very different (TA, HM, and Cross-team), and there are no clear requirements and alignment in the end. This shows the unprofessional behavior of the cross-team and misconnection.

Pros: Two interviews with HR and the Director on the department, open friendly communication.
Cons: Unfortunately, my experience with the recruitment process was highly disappointing. Despite a positive initial interview and prompt follow-up on my end ( two e-mails including prior works), communication from the company ceased abruptly. After sending a detailed email to HR and following up with the interviewer, I received a generic rejection from a 'no-reply' email address 4 days later, with no feedback or personal touch.
Advice to Management: I urge Carrier to reconsider their approach to candidate communication. A more transparent, respectful, and human-centered process would significantly improve the candidate experience and reflect better on your company's brand.
