Carrier interview questions

My interview process was positive, helpful Recruiter with good follow up throughout the process. My post-interview experience has been negative. I still have not received my reimbursement check after 9 weeks of submitting (estimated time 4-6 weeks). My emails checking on the status went unanswered until I reached out to a specific person on the Recruitment team. However, that was 3 weeks ago and still no check! It is unethical to not reimburse a candidate for travel that is within the reimbursement policy.
