Asked only 3 questions, and they were pretty straight forward. How do you use AI in the workplace, when have you encountered a difficult situation and how did you respond etc. Could have been 15 minutes, felt very base level.

Interview
First step was a video kind of CV in a website, where I was asked typical HR questions. Second step was an interview with tutor and HR at the same time (online as I couldn't be there physically). Third and final step was a visit of the factory. The whole process took about 3 months.
