I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carrier (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I first had a phone screen, and then a call with the hiring manager, and finally was brought onsite for an in-person interview. The phone screens and a couple of the interviews were composed of me talking about my background and the interviewer talking about the position, there wasn't too much in the way of any technical or previously prepared questions. They did ask some behavioral based questions as well.

Question 1
The questions only pertained to my previous experiences on my resume
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carrier (Kennesaw, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone call interview with the lead software engineer, the automation engineer, and HR. Seemed fine throughout the interview and asked a few technical questions as well. The automated engineer (the one who initiated the interview procedure), said he will definitely get in touch with me to tell me whether I will move on or not later in the week. Waited a week and sent a follow-up email...no response. Sent another email a week later and no response. At least let someone know that they didn't receive the internship. How hard can it be?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Carrier in Aug 2019
Interview
I got a callback within two days of applying, and had two interviews that same week. I was told during the second interview that I would be having an interview with the hiring manager. I was never contacted about this interview, and emails sent inquiring about my status for the position were not responded to. The listing was taken down within 3 business days after my interview, so I assumed they already had someone picked out by the time I was interviewed. Six weeks pass and now the job is listed again on the site, and my application still says "pending". I finally received an email telling me I was no longer a candidate 7 weeks after I submitted the application. The corporate recruiter initially told me he would get my application to the right person for other positions I was interested in, but did not return any calls or emails after the first contact. I can accept it if they don't want me for the position, but this dragged out too long, and I was lied to and ignored multiple times.
