Overall, I definitely recommend going through this long application process. The process was approx 6 interviews in total, with 4 Core Competencies calls with different Product Directors.
Despite the length, the whole process was managed very professionally by the company recruiter, giving constant feedback throughout it and also keeping always informed of the status of the overall process.
This hiring process demonstrates the seriousness Checkout.com puts on their talent acquisition strategy.
The 4 Core Competencies interviews did not need any deliverable to be worked at home. It needed, though, some home preparation for them, and conversations where intense and full of product/strategy/metrics/execution/tech partnership questions. The interviewers were serious but always very respectful and made an effort to make the conversations pleasant.

Interview
The Interviewer rescheduled the interview twice through the recruiter. On the day of the interview, the interviewer was 10 minutes late - I understand life happens but was already a poor start to begin with. Because the interviewer wanted to time box the interview to the scheduled one hour, the interviewer kept cutting me off and asking me to move on despite me answering her questions. Every point I made was challenged and questioned, which at times I agreed with the challenge to my points, but many times it came across as disruptive and rude. After the interview I knew my working style would clash with the interviewer.

4 Stages of Interview Process, from HR, User Interview, Case Study, and Final Interview. To be very fair, Checkout.com interview process was a fair and transparent process. They even give you the feedback on 10 minutes video call after the interview process regardless whether you pass the interview or not. Very good experience

Interview
The first round was a HR interview that included a career history and discussion around motivations and expectations. The second round was a Hiring manager interview which went into a deeper dive on career history and discussion around product discovery and delivery frameworks.
