I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cisco (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Mainly a behavioral interview. Typical questions about personal interests, hobbies, resume. Also questions about Cisco like what do you know about the company, company culture, diversity, etc. No technical questions or problem solving or anything. Interview seemed to mainly see if you are a good candidate for their company culture, but I think whether or not you get hired solely depends on this initial interview. There obviously will be other factors that play in, such as skill set.
