Cisco interview questions

I got the phone interview first. It took around 30 minutes. I was asked several questions such as related technical skills, my work experience, my softskills, my strength and weakness. Then the interviewer ended said I will be noticed about the second round of interview by phone if I was choosed into the short list. I was notified within one week about the second round interview. The second interview was scheduled at 3 hours and it was an 1:1 interview. There were four interivers in total. The questions were almost the technical knowledges related to the position. And some questions about soft skill.
