Cisco Software Developer interview questions

Behavior interview followed by a technical panel interview. Asked questions on multi threading, multiprocessing, and basic CS fundamentals (polymorphism, classes, etc). Was not able to make it past the technical round.

3 technical phone interviews involving coding exercises and system design questions. The process took around 3 weeks but the HR were was quite responsive. Also the team that interviewed me focused on what my strengths were and how I was a better fit for what they were looking for.
