Cognizant Associate interview questions

First round is totally technical. It went for almost an hour. Covered all the topics written on my resume, previous projects along with other technical questions related to my technology. 2nd round is manager round. He may ask few technical questions as well. But this is to analyze our fitment. 3rd round - There may be optional client interview if you are being recruited for a particular client/project. 4th round - HR Discussion. Mostly salary negotiation.

I applied for Sr. Associate position at CTS. interview process was good overall. two technical interviews with an HR. HR round took the max of time. Each last for 45 min on an average but waiting period after an interview was more. whole day got consumed.
