Cognizant Graduate Analyst interview questions

Interview consists of 2 rounds. The first is a phone interview with the HR where the HR will explains the department, project and job description. Second is an interview with an existing senior employee in that particularly project.

The process of the interview is fast and simple. Interviewer and the talent team is approachable. Very straight to the point and able to clarify questions with you. Usually the process after the interview is also fast and will give you some time to think about joining.
